Ingredients

  •   Zucchini thinly sliced
  •   Sweet potato/yam thinly sliced
  •   Beetroot thinly sliced
  •   Carrot thinly sliced
  •   Lemon Juice
  •   Sea salt
  •   olive oil
  •   Crushed pepper or ground spices to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss sliced veggies in olive oil and lemon juice
  2. Top with salt and pepper and bake until crispy
