- 3 cup Dates soaked in 1/3 of water
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes soaked with dates overnight
- 1/4 cup cold pressed oil
- 1/4 tsp Hontaka chili flakes
- 1 tsp ruby salt
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 500 ml stewed tomatoes
