These are a great alternative to most energy bars on the market because most of the energy bars available contain large amount of sugar and other heavily processed ingredients.
In addition to these energy balls made from all natural ingredients, they are also completely sugar free. Plus there are no wrappers that end up in landfill and as we always say, what’s good for the planet is good for body.
Healthy fats are the best way to will fill you up and keep you feeling full until your next meal and this recipe is packed full of good fats.

Sugar Free Energy Balls
? Ingredients ?
- 1/4 cup almond
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ground flax
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup almond or cashew butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
? Instructions ?
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it becomes well combined ‘dough’.
Roll the ‘dough’ into a log and cover in a bee wax wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Take the dough out then cut off a 0.5-1 inch section and roll into a ball.
After that, cover them with desiccated coconut for a more diverse flavour.
Store in the fridge and grab one any time you have strong sugar cravings.
