
Ingredients |
- 2 avocados ripe
- 3/4 of medium cucumber
- 1 stalk celery finely diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 small handful fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 2 tsp Cumin ground
- 1 tsp coriander seeds ground
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp Tamari
- 1 cup Water if you want warm soup, use hot water

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and finish with finely chopped green onions.
