Ingredients
  • 2  avocados ripe
  • 3/4  of medium cucumber
  • 1  stalk celery finely diced
  •   Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 small handful fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 2 tsp Cumin ground
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds ground
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Tamari
  • 1 cup Water if you want warm soup, use hot water

Servings: 4

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and finish with finely chopped green onions.
