  • Avocado
  • Cinnamon To taste
  • Vanilla powder To taste
  • 1 Handful Dark green leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds Raw
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds soaked in 1/2 cup of spring water
  •   Spring Water
