This recipe uses the natural healing powers of lemon, ginger and everyone’s household staple – apple cider vinegar.
Getting a high quality apple cider vinegar is crucial for this to work. Make sure your ACV is organic and contains a mother culture (most brands will have “with mother” written on them.
Lemon adds a nice tart flavour as well as natural electrolytes and vitamins (including lots of vitamin C).
Ginger provides a whole host of nutritents and also helps the ease digestion. This allows your body to process all these great ingredients without causing any major stomach discomfort.
All of these ingredients help alkalise your body.
Colds often come about as a result of an acidic environment in your body, brought about through a diet of processed foods and sugar.

Home Remedy To Cure Cold Naturally

- Juice of Half a Lemon

3 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (Organic “with mother”)

1 inch knob of Ginger, grated

Optional 1 tsp honey + Water to help with the taste.
? Instructions ?
Place all ingredients into a glass and stir to combine.
Drink as soon as you notice a cold forming and continue to have 1 glass every day until the cold dissapears.
Additionally, if the taste is too strong you can dilute this drink with fresh spring water and a tsp of honey.

This is our go-to home remedy for colds. Many store-bought medicines contain all sorts of unnatural chemicals, and many contain large amounts of processed sugar (unbelievable!).
