Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils soaked overnight and drained, simmered until just done
  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1/2 cup Almonds soaked and chopped
  • 6 leaves Kale sliced chiffonade
  • 1  Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  •   Salt and pepper to taste
  •   your favorite fresh herbs

Servings: 4

Instructions

  1. Gently combine with your favorite dressing.
