- 1 cup Lentils soaked overnight and drained, simmered until just done
- 1 cup Quinoa cooked
- 1/2 cup Almonds soaked and chopped
- 6 leaves Kale sliced chiffonade
- 1 Bell Pepper diced
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- your favorite fresh herbs
