- 4 tbsp Miso paste
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 3 square inches Ginger grated
- Mix to a paste
- Lightly simmer vegetables in just enough water to cover.
- Remove from heat once vegetables are wilted.
- Take 4 tablespoons of water out and mix into miso paste. Pour mixture back into the vegetables in the water.
- Taste and adjust.
Additions and Variations for GMT Broth:
Add 1 tsp of coconut palm sugar
Add 1 tbsp of juice from tamarind paste
Add a pinch of Hontaka chilies.
