Ingredients

  • 4  onions thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Organic butter
  • 1 cup chick peas soaked drained
  • 3  sprigs rosemary
  •   sea salt and pepper to taste

Servings: 4

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in oil and butter until tender and caramelized
  2. Add chickpeas and rosemary
  3. Cover with water about 4 cm above chickpeas
  4. Simmer for about 1.5 hours
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
