
Ingredients
- 4 onions thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Organic butter
- 1 cup chick peas soaked drained
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Saute onions in oil and butter until tender and caramelized
- Add chickpeas and rosemary
- Cover with water about 4 cm above chickpeas
- Simmer for about 1.5 hours
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
