Ingredients
  • 2 cups chickpeas soaked and cooked until tender
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
  • Juice of 1 large lemon

Instructions

  1. Blend in high powered blender until smooth and creamy
