Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup fresh shelled walnuts
  • 4  pitted fresh dates
  • 1 tsp Vanilla bean powder
  • 1/2  Tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
  • 6  medium sized MacIntosh or heirloom variety soft fleshed apples
  • Apple Sauce from 1 pureed apple
  • 2  pitted fresh dates
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp raw honey or agave nectar
  • 1  Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean powder

Servings: 4

Instructions

  1. Reserve 4 apples for the bulk filling
  2. Puree 1 peeled apple with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Slice the 4 apples or dice as preferred & marinate in apple sauce
  4. Top apples in crumble mixture
