
Ingredients |
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1/2 cup fresh shelled walnuts
- 4 pitted fresh dates
- 1 tsp Vanilla bean powder
- 1/2 Tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
- 6 medium sized MacIntosh or heirloom variety soft fleshed apples
- Apple Sauce from 1 pureed apple
- 2 pitted fresh dates
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp raw honey or agave nectar
- 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean powder
Servings: 4
Instructions
- Reserve 4 apples for the bulk filling
- Puree 1 peeled apple with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
- Slice the 4 apples or dice as preferred & marinate in apple sauce
- Top apples in crumble mixture
